Clouds often seen in kimono patterns. It’s called Egasumimon. エ is likened to a cloud. Clouds mean eternity by appearing and disappearing.
Even I, a beginner in illustrator, was able to make it relatively easily. I read it into photoshop and made it Katsushika Hokusai style with a neural filter. If you create the basics, you can create various patterns by changing the size of the clouds and changing the background color.
