Rice mixed with Seaweed and sesame seeds. Eat with ponzu sauce over fried chiken. Ponzu, soy sauce with citrus juice, has many uses.

The green one is called a baran. A baran is a partition that keeps flavors from mixing. In this bento, there is a balance so that the rice and ponzu don’t mix.
